Orders + Shipping

When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Preorders ship by the estimated date listed on the product page.

How long does delivery take?
U.S. standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking email the moment your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I track my order?

Check your shipping confirmation email for a tracking link. Didn’t get it? Search your inbox for “The Can Brand” or email hello@thecanbrand.com.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We’ll do our best if your order hasn’t shipped. Email hello@thecanbrand.com with subject line “Order Change – [Order #]” within 12 hours.

My package says delivered but I can’t find it.
Please check with household members/neighbors and look around mail areas first. If still missing after 48 hours, email hello@thecanbrand.com with your order number and we’ll help investigate.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect.
So sorry! Email hello@thecanbrand.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Returns + Replacements

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every purchase helps fund donations immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for size, preference, or change of mind.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ll always make it right. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email hello@thecanbrand.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Will I get a refund or replacement?

  • If we have the same item in stock, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

  • If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Why no returns/exchanges?
Each purchase contributes to community donations right away. Final-sale purchasing ensures we can honor those commitments while keeping our mission strong.
