At The Can Brand, every order is prepared with care and purpose. Because a portion of proceeds from each purchase is donated to nonprofit cancer organizations, all sales are considered final.

We only accept returns or exchanges if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@theofficialcanbrand.com with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll make it right.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging for return approval.
